Legal Victory on Proposed Knutson Farms Mega Warehouse Complex

  • 3-0 Court of Appeals decision providing the City of Puyallup jurisdiction to require an environmental impact statement to mitigate the nearly 2,000 trucks per day (7,000 total vehicles) that would use the already congested Shaw Road and inadequately sized Pioneer Way.
